Did you know?
San Antonio struggles with the highest poverty rate in the country, and during a typical week, the SA Food Bank will serve 58,000 individuals in our community alone. The crisis in our midst has exponentially increased the need for basic core food needs, including 1 in 4 children in our community who rely heavily on school meals and don't know where they will find their next meal with schools postponed until at least April.

Many of us feel helpless as we watch friends, family members, and neighbors struggle with self-isolation and economic hardship brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic. While public health experts are encouraging social distancing in light of the outbreak, perhaps it's more important than ever that we come together (metaphorically speaking) as communities to help those in need.

So here’s how you can help children, families, and communities impacted by the current global coronavirus pandemic: without leaving home to aid those in need!

We’re teaming up with the San Antonio Food Bank as they focus efforts on ensuring children, seniors, and temporarily displaced workers receive the help they desperately need during this difficult season.

The goal over the next 30 days is to add 15 million pounds of food and household supplies to the shelves of the food bank. That is equivalent to $1.5 million dollars. Only with your support can we achieve this goal.

$1 = 10 pounds
$10= 100 pounds
$100 = 1,000 pounds

Can we count on our Aetna/CVS Health family to join in and support our neighbors in need?
