How do I add a dedication when I make a donation?
When you make a donation online, you may make a dedication in the Tribute and Honor tab. This may read as something such as "From the Wolf Family" or "In Memory of Aunt Cathy."
Someone I know is hosting a fund drive. How do I find their personal fundraising page?
Click on the home page and begin typing the fundraisers full name in the search bar. Your options will display in a drop down menu as you type.
How quickly can I expect my online donation to post to a fundraising page?
Any donation made online should post immediately. If an online donation does not post within 5 minutes, please contact us.
Do all donors who contribute online receive a receipt?
Yes, anyone who donates online will receive a receipt to the email provided.

Not all of my donors names are showing up on my fundraising page. Why?
As your donors make a contribution, they have the option of whether or not they want to remain anonymous. If they choose to, their name will not be displayed, however their donation amount is still included in your overall total.
Where can I find a list of the people that have donated to my fundraiser?
To find a list of those that have donated to your fundraising page, please follow these steps:
1. Log in with your email and password 2. Visit your headquarters page in the top right corner 3. Select 'My Fundraising Report' on the left side of the screen. This will pull up a report of those that have donated to you.
A donor is requesting a Tax ID number; what is that and how can I get it?

Why am I receiving emails telling me that I have received a donation?
You are receiving these emails because we would like to keep you updated on your fundraising efforts. If you wish to change your email settings, please follow these steps:
1. Log in with your email and password 2. Visit your headquarters page in the top right 3. Edit your account preferences
How can I send a thank you email to my donors?
Your donors receive an email with a receipt once they make a donation. It is a great idea to send a personalized email from you as well! To do this, please follow these steps:
1. Log in with your email and password 2. Visit your headquarters page in the top right 3. Click "My Fundraising Report" in the left sidebar 4. Locate the donor/donation you would like to reach out to, and click "Send Email" 5. Type your message in the pop-up window and click "Send Email"
Please note that if the donor did not submit their email address at the time of their donation, this option is unavailable.
